Peter Jay is a director of Jay Inc and leads the firm’s criminal defence and litigation work. He appears in the Magistrates’ and High Courts, and his practice runs to bail applications, fraud and white-collar matters, cybercrime, extradition and drunk-driving charges.
South African and international media regularly approach him for comment on points of criminal law and procedure. He is quoted as an independent expert in those matters, not as an attorney of record.

Director — Family, Divorce & Civil

Mandy Jay is a director of Jay Inc and heads the firm’s family, divorce and civil practice. Her work covers divorce and settlement agreements, parenting plans, maintenance, children’s matters and civil disputes.
The firm in its present form dates to the 2005 amalgamation of Jay & Vogel Inc. with her practice, Mandy Botha Attorneys.
